On August 6, 2020 we bid farewell to our longtime home in Uptown and temporarily moved to 5705 N. Lincoln, a building generously donated to us in Chicago’s West Ridge neighborhood.

Although the space is too small to be our headquarters, we’ll conduct essential business there until construction is complete on our permanent home—a property we purchased in the same neighborhood at 6008 N. California.

Though this move wasn’t by choice, it's opened new doors of opportunity. Both our current and future homes are walking distance from many of the refugees we serve. Plus, purchasing a property strengthens our overall financial position and allows us to create a space that’s truly designed to welcome refugees.
